As the Principal of Lake Effect, Jonathan is committed to building and delivering quality products and services for his clients. Identifying a specific need, he has worked to build a team focused on serving the travel/tourism and non-profit community. From Destination Marketing Organizations to Land Conservancies, Jonathan works closely with all of his clients to make sure they understand the approach and tools that Lake Effect are using, and the real world results they are creating.

Jonathan firmly believes that his organization will only be as strong as his clients, so client success is of the utmost importance to him and the team.

“I check in with our clients frequently to insure that they know we are here to help and keep progressing. It’s easy to get lost in the day to day, so I think it is important to continue to reach out, offer guidance and keep that relationship open. I’m passionate about our clients’ projects. They are our lifeblood, and we love to see them succeed.”

Jonathan and his wife Erin live on Old Mission Peninsula in Traverse City with their daughter Harper and dog Luna. The family enjoys everything the area has to offer including hiking, skiing, boating and running. Jonathan is committed to helping perpetuate Northern Michigan as a first class outdoor recreation destination by working with local organizations and donating time and resources to the Experience 231 project. He also works closely with young adults in the community living with autism.
